1. About role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in India. Your focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, closing deals, and maximizing revenue. You’ll also provide feedback from the market to help shape sales tactics and product offerings. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position with high impact and visibility.

2. What we are looking for

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the Indian forex market. You should be confident working independently, capable of managing the full sales cycle, and skilled at turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. A proactive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills are key.

3. Requirements

  • Required languages: English and Hindi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales (mandatory)
  • Experience in the forex industry (mandatory); fintech experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market (mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • High level of responsibility, initiative, and results orientation
  • Experience working with KPIs and sales metrics
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude
